We’ve got good news for landlords – we’ve just cut rates by 10 basis points across our BTL product range at 70% LTV and below. With a large BTL maturity due soon, it’s perfect timing. There are 2 and 5 Year Fixed Rate products available and the range also includes no product fee options.
Similarly, we’ve also reduced rates in our Portfolio Landlord product range.
